Green smoothies are a quick and easy breakfast, and great way to boost your daily intake of fresh veggies! Here’s a delicious one to try:
Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
Makes 3-4 Servings
1 cup coconut water
1 cup almond or coconut milk
3 big handfuls of swiss chard (or spinach)
2 medium carrots
1 green apple, cored and diced
1 tsp cinnamon
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 1 minute. Add more liquid if needed to thin it out to desired consistency.
