Can good food be bad for you?

There is so much conflicting information out there about what to eat! It seems like everyday some new research appears to deflate our efforts to make good dietary choices. One day spinach is good for you…the next day it is bad. The truth really is that what is good for you…may be very different then what is good for your neighbor, sibling, or your best friend. Even good food becomes a toxin to your system if you can’t process it properly.
