Did you know that toothpaste contains numerous chemicals?

Brighten up your smile without the dangerous ingredients by making your own tooth powder at home with simple items you might already have around your house.

Homemade Tooth Powder

1 tbsp bentonite clay*
1 tbsp baking soda*
1/4 tbsp fine sea salt*
1/4 tsp stevia powder*
10-15 drops high quality peppermint essential oil

*Buy these products here.

Mix all ingredients together in a small glass jar with lid. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix well.

To use:

Wet toothbrush and gently dab it on the surface of the powder until it is well-coated. Brush as normal.

Notes:

-This will not foam up like conventional toothpaste so it may take some getting used to
-You can use other essential oils such as spearmint and orange if you’d like
-Make a small jar for each family member so you’re not dipping your toothbrush in each other’s tooth powder
