There are four ways to be entered into the giveaway:
- Direct referral to Pure Nutrition and Wellness for a Comprehensive Health Assessment: refer friends and family to our practice, and when they sign up for the Comprehensive Health Assessment and name you as the one who referred them, you will be entered into the giveaway!
- Referral through Social Media: did you know that Pure Nutrition and Wellness has a business page on Facebook? We’re building our presence on social media and would love for you to “Like” our page, then invite all your Facebook Friends to “Like” the Pure Nutrition and Wellness Page, also! In fact, if someone comes in as a new client who mentions that they heard about us from you through Facebook, you will be entered into the giveaway!
- Buy a gift certificate for the Comprehensive Health Assessment. Give the gift of a healthier new year to someone you care about! The purchase of a gift certificate for the Comprehensive Health Assessment will enter you into the giveaway!
- Write a short testimonial. Have you experienced a noticeable improvement in your health since you became a client here at Pure Nutrition and Wellness? We’d love to hear about it! And in return for your testimonial and permission to use it on our website and/or our social media campaign, you will be entered into the giveaway!
Our “Share the Joy!” Referral Program and awesome giveaway begins today, 
December 1, 2015 and ends on January 31, 2016. The winner will be contacted by phone, and will be announced in our February newsletter. So, share the joy and encourage your family and friends to celebrate the holidays and the new year with improved health and energy.
