According to Statistic Brain, 41% of Americans usually make New Year’s Resolutions, and the number 1 resolution for 2017 involves losing weight and/or healthier eating. Whether or not you’ve made a similar resolution in 2017, we think this series of posts will be helpful to you!
Over the next few weeks, we’re going to introduce you to a few simple, healthy habits that you can include in your life to begin improving your overall wellness and feeling better! The first Healthy Habit we’d like to introduce you to is Green Powder Drinks.
Healthy Habit #1: Green Powder Drinks
Have you heard of green smoothies? Yeah, they’re kind of hard to ignore. Green smoothies are all the rage these days. And for good reason, of course: they can be extremely healthy!
In fact, we love them because they help us with our goal of consuming 7 – 9 cups of dark leafy greens daily. However, many of us have a long way to go to achieve including that amount of greens in our diet; and honestly, not everyone is going to follow through with a “green smoothie a day” challenge or resolution.
So, what if we let you in on a little secret? By simply adding a green powder to your drinks even two or three times a week, you can dramatically boost your nutritional intake and thus begin to improve your overall health.
