If you’re looking to clean up your facial skincare routine, try adding in witch hazel as a toner after you wash your face.

This natural astringent is naturally anti-inflammatory, which helps reduce redness from acne, psoriasis, eczema and sun burn. Its antioxidant properties help slow the signs of aging, speed up the healing process, and can help fight cellular damage.

Witch hazel can reduce the bacteria growing on the skin, slow oil production of your pores, and even halt the development of pesky breakouts. Apply some directly to developing pimples to calm the irritation.
