1. Eat real food – the less packaging the better. If it had a mother or came directly from the ground, then it’s a real food. If it comes in a box or can, you need to scrutinize the label and be wary of some ingredients. Also, be wary of the claims the package makes. The real foods that are best for you aren’t trying to sell the food to you.
