1. Green Apple- 3 cups spinach, 1/2 green apple, 1/2 lemon juiced, stevia, unsweetened coconut milk, ice & H2O
2. Brown Berry – 3 cups of spinach, blueberries, 1/2 lemon juiced, stevia
unsweetened coconut milk, ice & H2O
3. Lemon Basil – 3 cups of spinach, 1 inch slice of soft tofu, 2 lemons juiced, handful of
basil, unsweetened coconut milk, ice & H2O
4. Green Nut Butter – 3 cups kale (can use spinach), heaping scoop of organic nut
butter, 1/2 apple or 1/2 banana, stevia, unsweetened almond milk, ice & H2O
