Sometimes, you just need a snack. I know; I’ve been there!!
You’re on the go; you’re in between meetings at work…or on the way to pick up your kids. Sometimes we go a little longer between meals than we plan on, and our bodies need a little extra energy to get us through.
That’s where quick and healthy snacks come into play. And I’m not talking about the myriad of bars and packaged snacks labeled healthy in the store. I’m talking about real food!
