Benefit #4: Reduction in Pain and Chronic Inflammation
When you’re in pain, you tend to be less active. This, in turn, leads to low energy levels, which then keeps you inactive.
Often, pain stems from inflammation in the body. The inflammation comes from packaged and processed foods, especially sugars and grains. When you cut out these foods and switch to the Pure Lifestyle, eating fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, and fats, you’ll significantly cut down the inflammation in your body. By avoiding the highly processed foods which cause inflammation, your body will stop attacking itself, and instead, work to restore balance while healing.
Without the inflammation, you’ll have less pain and be moving more in no time.
