Today’s Testimony: “Donna is fantastic! She has helped me so much teaching me which foods to avoid and which foods to add to my diet. I feel so much more energized. She has provided me with supplements that have helped my digestion, losing weight, and just feeling better in general. She has really improved my health and my children’s health. Very thankful to have met Donna!” – Joan
Can good food be bad for you?
There is so much conflicting information out there about what to eat! It seems like everyday some new research appears to deflate our efforts to make good dietary choices. One day spinach is good for you…the next day it is bad. The truth really is that what is good for you…may be very different then what is good for your neighbor, sibling, or your best friend. The issue really lies in what your body can digest and assimilate. This is an important, and often overlooked, part of your own personal biochemistry. Even good food becomes a toxin to your system if you can’t process it properly. This toxin burden contributes to health challenges like inflammation, food sensitivities, high blood pressure, weight gain and much more.
